Arturo is a well-known artist in the region, founder of The OAK Group, and owner/manager of The Palm Loft Gallery in Carpinteria. A long time friend and associate of Ray Strong, Arturo is an avid supporter of open space and the contribution the beauty of landscape painting is to everyday people.
